早上睡過頭,早餐都還來不及吃便趕著去公司,一整天忙碌開會,午餐也只是在公司下的超商草草解決,好不容易下班了,總是要犒賞自己一頓豐盛的晚餐。上述的生活習慣看起來很眼熟嗎?但那可能會讓你的體重控制計畫功虧一簣。《Cell Metabolism》日前刊登美國德克薩斯大學達拉斯西南醫學中心( University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center )的最新發表,研究團隊以小鼠作為實驗動物,同樣一天給予一餐低卡路里飲食,然而進食的時間卻因組別而有所不同。實驗結果顯示,進食的時間可能影響到減重的效果。作者表示根據這項研究結果,若以人類來說,想要採用低卡路里飲食達到減重的效果,白天進食可能會比晚上更有效果。
